Return & Refund Policy

Olume Books ("we") are committed to delivering the highest quality books to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, our return and refund guidelines are as follows:

1. Returns

Books are accepted for return only if they are damaged, have a printing defect, or if the wrong book was delivered.
You must contact us for a return within 3 days of receiving the book.
The book being returned must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging.

2. Refunds & Replacements

Upon receiving and inspecting a defective or incorrect book, we will provide a replacement.
In cases where a refund is required, the amount will be credited to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.

3. Shipping Charges for Returns

If the error is on our part—such as sending a damaged or incorrect book—we will bear the return shipping costs.
